"He's not coming back (to fight), he's not. Honestly, he's been scheduled three, four times to face Yair Rodriguez, but Yair kept canceling the fights. And he (Zabit) was like, "He just lost his passion, and when you lose your passion... I'm not going to blame the UFC. I could, but I won't. But I think the UFC was a little to blame, and maybe I was too. I shouldn't have made them reschedule the Yair fight. He canceled three or four times," Ali said during an interview with Pound4Pound.

"Zabit got tired. He has a lot of business, a marriage, children, and he said he didn't need it anymore," he concluded.
