By all indications, Dana White will spare no effort to stage the biggest event in history when the UFC Octagon is set up on the White House lawn. That's because, since Donald Trump announced that a UFC event would be part of America's 250th anniversary celebrations, the organization's president has been discussing the logistical issues. However, it's still too early to speculate about any fights.
At the press conference after the UFC NashvilleDana White emphasized that demand for UFC's White House card is extremely high, with several fighters expressing interest, reflected in the numerous calls and comments on social media. However, he emphasized that, since the event is scheduled for a year from now, it's still too early to determine who will be on the card.

"Everyone wants to be on this card. You don't even need to know who's calling me all the time. You just see it all online. But the fight is a year away. The landscape will change a lot over the next year... It's not even worth talking about who will be on the card. The entire MMA landscape will be different a year from now," explained Dana White.
UFC White House will be pay-per-view and will have a historic setting overlooking the Washington Monument
The UFC president assured that the event will be broadcast on pay-per-view and that he intends to put together the best possible card for the historic occasion. He also emphasized the venue's grandeur, explaining that the fights will take place on the South Lawn of the White House, with an imposing view of the Washington Monument in the background, creating a unique backdrop for the competition.
"It's going to be a pay-per-view card. The best card we can put together. We'll be on the South Lawn, and literally, when you're watching the fight, this entire area will be the White House, and behind it will be the Washington Monument," White said.
Regarding the event's organization, Dana White revealed that the team has already begun logistical work, including a visit to the White House to align with local staff. Soon, he plans to travel to Washington, D.C., to meet directly with President Donald Trump and finalize the project's details, ensuring everything runs as planned.
"We're now starting the logistics part. My team already visited the White House with the people there. Now we're putting the project together. We'll all fly to DC, sit down with him, and see what he wants to do," concluded the UFC president.

In a recent interview with the 'Full Send Podcast,' Dana indicated that the ongoing drama between Tom aspinall e Jon Jones, which seemed to be over, may have been renewed for another long season. Furthermore, the president did not rule out McGregor's return.
“The dream main fight would be Tom aspinall against Jon Jones. It could be (that Jones and McGregor fight on the same card),” said the UFC president.
