Derrick Lewis mocks the level of Brazilians after knocking out Tallison Teixeira at UFC Nashville

After a lightning victory, the heavyweight criticizes Xicão's record and provokes Brazilian fighters, comparing his rivals to taxi drivers.

Derrick Lewis needed just 35 seconds to prove a point in the main event of the UFC Nashville, held last Saturday (25). The American, who was seen as a 'zebra', landed a strong left cross that knocked down Tallison Teixeira and while still in the octagon he made a symbolic protest, simulating urinating in his opponent's corner, in response to the provocations and disrespect he suffered.

in an interview with Daniel Cormier, Derrick Lewis made it clear that he felt provoked by the team Tallison Teixeira throughout the week of the event. Even without understanding the language, the American said he realized he was being targeted by negative comments and responded in his characteristic way.

“They were talking shit all week, man. I don't speak Portuguese, but I'm sure they were talking shit about me. Fuck them,” he said. Derrick Lewis.
