Vinicius LokDog impresses with his aggressiveness, triumphs at UFC 318 and remains undefeated in the bantamweight division

Confident and favored by the bookmakers, Vinicius LokDog had some difficulty in the first round of the fight, but then lived up to what was promised throughout the promotion of the fight against Kyler Phillips . In the second round, Vinicius began with speed, precision, and aggression. Unable to respond to the Brazilian's attacks, Phillips simply sought survival while being bombarded by the Brazilian's aggressive strikes.

In a less explosive third round, Lok Dog continued to move forward, hunting Kyler, who relied on lateral movement to avoid the Brazilian's strikes. Despite his aggressive performance, Vinicius couldn't connect with many of the punches thrown, but he also had no trouble avoiding the American's strikes. In the final seconds of the fight, Kyler sought to grapple, but was thwarted by Lok Dog, who used low kicks to undermine his opponent. At the final bell, the Brazilian raised his arms confident of victory.

Brendan Allen resolves feud and defeats Marvin Vettori

Determined to settle their real rivalry inside the octagon, Brendan Allen and Marvin Vettori delivered pure violence in a middleweight bout (up to 83,9 kg). With an explosive start, the American managed to hurt his opponent in the first few minutes and, after a high-level duel using his boxing skills and takedowns, had his arms raised in a unanimous decision by the judges.

Ranked 10th in the division, Allen returned to winning ways after suffering two consecutive setbacks. In an interview in the Octagon, the veteran assured fans that he wouldn't lose in his hometown, 40 minutes away, and promised to bring the belt to Louisiana in the future.

Unlike his rival, Vettori suffered another defeat and is now on a three-fight losing streak. Despite his grit, the Italian was defeated by the unanimous decision, missing an opportunity to get closer to a potential title fight after a few more victories.

In a great battle in the octagon, Francisco Prado and Nikolay Veretennikov captivated the audience in Louisiana with their intense performance during the 15-minute fight. After dangerous moments for both sides, the Russian ultimately won by split decision, with two judges scoring two rounds to one in favor of the athlete.

Coming straight from Kazakhstan, the fighter secured his first victory in his short career with the organization. After two consecutive setbacks, Nikolay finally had his arm raised and earned a lifeline in the welterweight division (up to 77,1 kg). Upon being announced as the winner, the athlete showed no signs of hiding his emotion and celebrated profusely with his coaches.

Under the watchful eye of Marcos Parrumpinha, Prado ultimately failed to impress the judges with his precision and grappling. At a height disadvantage, the Argentine had to resort to grappling, but was unsuccessful in submission attempts and traumatic strikes from above. At 23, the South American suffered his fourth loss in five Octagon appearances.

Known as the 'silent assassin,' the athlete exuded confidence in his post-victory interview and assured that the only way to overcome him is by running. Gautier also highlighted his composure in the buildup to the knockout and explained that he knew he could stop his opponent. At 23, the Cameroonian achieved his eighth career victory.

Meanwhile, Valentin suffered his third consecutive loss in the organization and remains without a victory in the Octagon since being hired after reaching the final of The Ultimate Fighter. Known for his excellent grappling, the Swiss fighter was unsuccessful in stopping the pressure from the prospect and suffered his third knockout of his career.
