Raphael Fiziev is very excited to share the octagon with charles do brox in the main fight of UFC Rio, scheduled for October 11. Unlike part of the Brazilian public, who expected to see the former champion having more time to rest after the hard knockout he suffered against Ilia Topuria, the representative of Kyrgyzstan reacted with great enthusiasm to the anúncio of the duel.
Through a post on 'X' (formerly Twitter), Raphael Fiziev made clear his enthusiasm for the opportunity to face the Brazilian, since charles do brox is ranked fourth in the category, while he currently occupies tenth place.

The duel against Fiziev will mark the seventh appearance of Charles of the Bronx at UFC events in Brazil, but his debut was on Rio de Janeiro soil. The former champion won all of his Octagon fights in Brazil, the last of which was against Kevin Lee, in Brasilia, in 2020.
With Charles of the Bronx x Raphael Fiziev Confirmed as the main event, UFC Rio will take place on October 11th at Farmasi Arena, located in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro. So far, the other Brazilian fighters confirmed for the event are: Victor Petrino, Jonathan Diniz, Julia Polastri, Bia Mosque e Lucas Rocha.

Raphael Fiziev arrives at UFC Rio with a great track record against Brazilians in the octagon. A Muay Thai specialist, the fighter has already won Renato Moicano e Rafael dos Anjos, both by knockout, with a precise left cross.
