The last meeting between Khamzat Shimaev e Dricus du Plessis Before UFC 319 ended in confusion. The middleweight division champion (up to 83,9kg) will attempt his third title defense this Saturday (16), in Chicago, Illinois (USA). But to do so, he will have to get past 'Lobo' with an undefeated record of 14 fights. At the ceremonial weigh-in, this Friday (15), the atmosphere heated up between the protagonists of the event.

The division's standouts approached aggressively, prompting security and Dana White himself to intervene before the situation escalated. Even so, Chimaev managed to push Du Plessis before the two were completely separated. Even so, they continued to curse at each other.
