Sean Strickland is not impressed with Khamzat Chimaev 's performance . After the Chechen dominated Dricus Du Plessis and won the middleweight title (up to 83,9 kg), the American took to social media to insult his rival and assert that he has what it takes to stop him.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Strickland positioned himself as the only UFC fighter capable of dominating Chimaev on the ground for five rounds and indicated that he will need to accumulate more victories before having the opportunity to face him.

Khamzat Chimaev remains undefeated and wins the UFC belt

With his victory over Du Plessis, Khamzat Chimaev reached 15 wins on his record and became the undefeated UFC champion, having defeated two former champions in a row, Kamaru Usman and Robert Whittaker , before winning the belt.
Strickland, who has already won the division's belt, is coming off two losses in his last three fights, both to Dricus Du Plessis.
