Big-time protagonist in Ultimate, Bruno Hulk excited the officials and is now preparing to take a big step up in the middleweight division (up to 83,9 kg). With a signed contract to fight at UFC 323, the Brazilian has started training to face Marvin vettori, currently ranked 14th and a former title challenger in the division. Riding high on two submission victories, the Brazilian TKO representative returns to the octagon on December 6th. This information was obtained firsthand by Léo Guimarães, a reporter for SUPER FIGHTS.
Brunno is in great form, having won two consecutive submissions and will have the chance to enter the top 15 of the division if he wins. The fighter who had already challenged Brendan allen, but had his request denied, is now approaching the North American again, who currently occupies ninth place in the ranking led by Khamzat Shimaev.

On the other hand, Vettori is going through a difficult time. A former middleweight title challenger, the Italian has accumulated three consecutive losses and is struggling to maintain his place among the division's best. Having recovered from a nose injury in a fight against Allen, the Italian required surgery to repair the area.
UFC 323 takes place on December 6th in Las Vegas, USA. This was the first fight announced for the event so far.
