With less than two weeks to go until the main event of the Night UFC, scheduled for September 13th, Diego lopes already shows he's ready for war. On social media, the Brazilian, originally from Manaus and based in Mexico, showed off his impeccable physical shape and shared excerpts from his training sessions. He faces his compatriot Jean Silva.

With the fight confirmed as the main event by Dana White, the event celebrates Mexico's independence, although it has been moved from Guadalajara to San Antonio, USA, due to construction delays at the Mexican arena. The fight will be the first Jean Silva headlining a UFC card, which adds even more weight to the occasion.

Despite both athletes being Brazilian, the tension between them did not go unnoticed. Jean Silva, undefeated in the UFC with five consecutive victories, using provocations as part of his strategy. The Santa Catarina native has already stated that he intends to "break" Diego in the octagon and wants to use fight week as an opportunity to "get into the mind" of his opponent, including imitating his rival's gestures and mannerisms during interviews.
