Maurício Ruffy is prepared to face a crowd at UFC Paris , scheduled for next Saturday (6). The Brazilian faces Benoît Saint-Denis in the co-main event and, despite cheering for the home team, the nerd assures that he is not shaken by the pressure outside the octagon.
"I see the fans cheering for him, making a lot of noise, tearing that place down. Putting a lot of pressure on him, so I'm happy to be here and put on a show for everyone. I don't really pay attention, I don't really care about the crowd," said Luffy in an interview with UFC News.

Maurício Ruffy recalled a previous experience in Rio de Janeiro, when he fought against a local athlete in front of a completely against crowd and reinforced that, while he is fighting, he manages to stay focused until the last second.
"When I win, I can have fun with everyone, but when I'm in there, I tune that out. I fought in Rio before against a local guy, at his gym, and everyone was against me. I just tuned that out and didn't pay attention until the fight was over," concluded Maurício Ruffy.
