Mauricio Ruffy's uninspired night in the co-main event of the UFC Paris, held this Saturday (6), yielded to his rival, Benoit Saint-Denis, one of the event's "Performance of the Night" awards. With this, the Frenchman will take home a $50 bonus (R$271 at the current exchange rate). The home team dominated the Brazilian in the grappling match and, in the second round, secured the three taps with a rear-naked choke.

The information was published in 'X' by Canadian journalist Aaron Bronsteter, who confirms that, in addition to Benoit Saint-Denis, two other athletes also won the “Performance of the Night” award and received the same amount. The training partner of José Aldo, Kaue Fernandes, who knocked out Harry Hardwick with calf kicks, and Mason jones, which showed resilience to withstand the strong start of Bolaji Oki and also winning by knockout in the second stage, were the other winners.
