Brazilian UFC prospect Felipe Lima faces former bantamweight contender in November

In search of returning to the path of victories, Felipe Lima didn't hesitate in accepting another big fight in his career with the organization. Considered one of the biggest prospects in the bantamweight division (up to 61,2 kg), Jungle Boy is preparing to face Daniel Marcos, a former top 15 fighter who lost his undefeated streak in his last fight. Straight from Manaus, Felipe arrived in the UFC in 2024 and reeled off two consecutive victories, completely dominating his opponents. In a major moment, the fighter ended up facing Payton Talbott and in a clash of promises, he ended up suffering a second setback in his career. At the time, the athlete had health problems on the eve of the match, but avoided using this as an excuse, despite asserting that his performance was far below expectations.
