Paulo Borrachinha criticizes Brazilian fans again after Fighting Nerds' defeats at UFC Paris

Paulo borrachinha returned to attack Brazilian fans after the Fighting Nerds' defeats. In the main fights of the UFC Paris, held last Saturday (6), Caio Borralho and Maurício Ruffy suffered their first defeats inside the Ultimate octagon and, according to Borrachinha, were abandoned by the public.

In a post on X, Borrachinha used derogatory terms directed at fans and stated that this negative attitude is common in the country.

It wasn't the first time that Paulo borrachinha attacked Brazilian fans. In an interview with Ag. Fight, after his victory over Roman Kopylov, the middleweight (up to 83,9 kg) highlighted that he does not see the need to count on the support of the country's fans to be successful in the UFC.

"But really, I don't need the Brazilian audience. I don't think anyone in the UFC does. What are you going to do there? Sell product? Sell tickets? Sell pay-per-view? I don't think it makes sense. Honestly, my family is Brazilian, my coaches are, but the sport is international," concluded Borrachinha.

In the main fight UFC Paris, Caio Borralho faced Nassourdine Imavov, but he couldn't impose his game and ended up defeated by the Frenchman by unanimous decision. In the co-main event, Maurício Ruffy was dominated in the first round and submitted in the second by Benoit Saint-Denis.
