Scheduled to take place on July 4, 2026, UFC Casa Branca attracts names such as Jon Jones, Conor McGregor and several stars who want to perform at the unprecedented event that will take place in the United States. Despite the great interest in performing in Washington, DC, 'Bones' still doesn't have the goodwill of Dana White.

After announcing his retirement to try to fight in the White House, Jones received several negative responses from Dana and ended up having to appeal directly to the president. According to White, the former champion sent a text message apologizing and assuring that he would be ready to fight on Independence Day.

Despite the athlete's initiative, the president was unmoved and maintained his strong opinion that he would not consider inviting him to the grand event.

"No (it didn't change my decision). I appreciate that, I appreciate him reaching out to me and doing that. But I need people I can count on for this fight, and I know who I can count on," he concluded.
