Gilbert Durinho is impressed with the evolution of Diego lopes. The Brazilian, who also defends the Mexican flag, came face to face with Jean Silva in the main fight of Night UFC, held last Saturday (13), and showed resilience to overcome the rival. For Burns, the 'fringe' performance reflected the learning acquired in the defeat against Alexander Volkanovsky.
In a video published on his YouTube channel, Durinho highlighted that Diego lopes demonstrated that he was on another level inside the octagon. According to the black belt, the 'fringe' fighter remained calm throughout the fight, showed resilience, and demonstrated a strong chin, as well as great emotional control.

In the fighter's assessment, Diego's technical evolution after the experience against Volkanovski was decisive for the victory over Jean SilvaHe highlighted that, even in defeat, Brazilians knew how to learn valuable lessons.
"The lessons I learned from Volkanovski, from cutting angles, from coolness, from calmness... You have to realize that when a guy goes to fight for the belt, it's a different spotlight. But what I liked was the lesson he learned from that fight with Volkanovski," concluded the black belt.
