Determined to find the path to victory this year, Caio Borralho shows that he is more willing than imagined when talking about returning to the octagon. Defeated in the UFC Paris, the nerd who has already published a video training at the gym, raised his arms to try to 'steal' an offer received by Paulo borrachinha and was willing to fight on October 18 against the top 5 middleweights (up to 83,9 kg).
Minutes before Borralho's statement, Borrachinha revealed he had received an offer to replace an injured fighter and face a top-five fighter in the division on short notice. According to the Minas Gerais native, the fight was requested to last three rounds, but the alleged fighter refused. Keeping an eye on the situation, Caio applied for the position and guaranteed he was ready to fight for 25 minutes.

“I heard someone got hurt. Just call me and I'm in! Five rounds, obviously, I'm not some kind of shit like a guy who said 'yes' to only three rounds (laughs),” Borralho said on his official X account.

Longtime rivals, Borralho and Borrachinha have never hidden their distaste for each other. Despite their boldness in volunteering to fight on short notice, the organization has yet to make an official statement on the matter.
The fight they both refer to is between Ridder's Reinier e anthony hernandez, who were scheduled to star in an event on October 18, at UFC Vancouver. Amid rumors, it's suggested that Fluffy was the athlete injured before the match. If confirmed, Borrachinha may be preparing to face the current fourth-ranked player in the division.
