Pablo Sucupira is ready to take a step back and lead Fighting Nerds to the top of the UFC. In a video published on YouTube by Carlos PratesCoach Pablo Sucupira acknowledged the need for internal adjustments within the team and emphasized that this is a time for humility and reorganization. Despite the current situation, he reaffirmed his confidence in his athletes' potential and assured them that they remain steadfast on the path to winning the belt.

"Now is the time for me to be humble, sit down, listen a little, correct what needs to be corrected, and get our house in order. You can be sure that Caio, Carlos, Jean, and Ruffy are on the path to becoming champions. We're not going to change that at any point. We'll recalculate the route, but we're here to be champions," said Sucupira.

Sucupira admitted that, perhaps, the current moment requires more work and less talk, demonstrating a willingness to give up certain comforts and rescue the essence that marked the team's victorious start in the UFC.

"If I have to work harder and talk less now, like everyone is saying, I'm willing to do that. I'm willing to cut back on some things, let go of some luxuries, and get back to the essence we had. Maybe, in some way, we lived a champion's life before we were champions and lost some of our essence," the coach concluded.
