Yoel romero is living proof that it's possible to stay relevant outside the UFC's eight cages. After leaving the UFC, the Cuban turned heads by racking up victories in Bellator, PFL, Dirty Boxing, Bare Knuckle Boxing, and now, he may have sparked a boxing rivalry against a former UFC fighter.
Recently, Darren till knocked out Luke Rockhold in a boxing match and caught the Cuban's attention. In an interview with Ariel Helwani, Yoel romero praised the British fighter's level in the noble art and made it clear that he wants to face him in the next round.

Darren till responded to the invitation via social media. In an Instagram post, the British native displayed his sharp tongue, inviting the Cuban to a boxing match, and then, in the same post, backtracked due to the age difference.
“Yoel, shut your fat old mouth, you son of a bitch—you think I care about you these days? Hell no. Come boxing and I'll leave your fat head on the ring floor. Actually, I was told to stop calling old bitches like you, so fuck you. I don't even want to fight you. You're retired. You depend on your bus pass. Don't even say my name, you bum.” Darren till.

Yoel Romero and Darren Till in the UFC
Yoel romero He debuted in the UFC in 2013 and left the organization in 2020. During his time in the organization, he accumulated nine wins and only four losses. The Cuban even fought for the belt against Israel adesanya e Robert whittaker, however, never buckled the trophy around his waist.
Darren till, in turn, fought in the biggest MMA organization between 2016 and 2022. The British fighter won six fights, suffered five losses, and had one draw.
