Fans who were eager to see Charles of the Bronx at UFC Rio received some terrible news. The former lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg) was scheduled for the main fight of the event, scheduled for October 11th, but Raphael Fiziev is out of the confrontation.

A former lightweight champion, the Brazilian would be fighting for the first time after being brutally knocked out by Ilia Topuria No. UFC 317, in June of this year. He occupies the fourth position in the category ranking.
