A ex-campeã do UFC Ronda Rousey alimentou especulações sobre um possível retorno ao MMA ao publicar a video of her training on social media this Sunday. Away from the sport for eight years, the 37-year-old fighter appeared in an intense training session, demonstrating her refined technique and physical conditioning.

In the caption accompanying the video, Rousey details her journey: "From eight weeks after having a baby and eight years away from MMA, to eight months postpartum and rediscovering my love for it." The athlete revealed that in her first postpartum workouts she was "super self-conscious" and "ashamed of how much I had regressed," but that now she trains with joy: "I've never laughed or smiled so much on the mat."

Despite the impressive video, experts consider a return to the MMA elite unlikely. Rousey has stated in interviews that she "never say never," but expressed satisfaction with her current life away from the competitive pressures of the UFC.
