Cyryl Gane expects a great duel against Tom aspinall in the main fight of UFC 321, scheduled for October 25. The Frenchman will have his third chance to win the heavyweight belt (up to 120,2 kg) and, this time, against a rival he considers to be from the new generation.
In a statement to 'UFC on TNT', Cyryl Gane classified Tom aspinall as a complete fighter and made it clear that he expects a great confrontation, especially in tactical matters.

"Tom aspinall "He's the new generation. He's a tough guy, a very good, well-rounded fighter. It's going to be a great fight. He'll have his tactics, and I'll have mine," Gane said.
Hired by UFC in 2019, Cyryl Gane accumulated six consecutive victories until winning the interim belt against Derrick Lewis. However, the Frenchman failed to unify the titles against Francis Ngannou and ended up losing by unanimous decision in January 2022.
Gane's second title shot was in the highly anticipated debut of Jon Jones in the heavyweight division. At the time, he ended up finalized still in the first round. Now, in his third chance, he measures forces with Tom aspinall, who inherited the belt after 'Bones' retired.
