Ian Garry has no doubt that Carlos Prates will deliver another brutal knockout at UFC 322, scheduled for November 15th. The Brazilian is set to face Leon Edwards and, in the event of a convincing victory, could be propelled into a title shot, something quite likely according to his former Irish rival.
In an interview with the website 'Games Hub', Ian Garry expressed his lack of confidence in Leon Edwards . According to the Irishman, the former champion is a mentally weak fighter, with a low-level team, and is already on the verge of hanging up his gloves.

“I feel like Leon Edwards is on his way out. But I don’t think he has a strong enough team or a vocal enough voice to say what needs to be said. I feel like he has a lot of sycophants behind him. Mentally, he’s weak.”
In Ian Garry 's opinion , Leon Edwards never had much motivation to step into the octagon, and at this stage of his career, he has even less. The Irishman also predicts that Carlos Prates will knock the former champion unconscious in the octagon and that this will be the Briton's last appearance.
“I feel like his love for the game is gone and he didn’t have much of a fighter left in him to begin with. I think he’s going to get knocked out (by Carlos Prates ), unconscious, and we’ll never see Leon Edwards again,” Garry predicted.
Although Ian Garry believes this will be the end of Leon Edwards , the Briton has the chance to prove otherwise against Carlos Prates at UFC 322. The former champion defends his fourth place in the welterweight rankings (up to 77kg) and seeks to recover after dominant losses to Belal Muhammad and Sean Brady.
