The second bout of the night features a fight between two of Brazil's biggest names in boxing, with a hint of rivalry. In addition to the Bahian's title, the two are also competing for the vacant World Boxing Organization (WBO) Latin American belt.

This won't be the first time Conceição has shared the ring with a family member. Yamaguchi is the older brother of Esquiva Falcão, whom Hebert fought and won by unanimous decision at the first Spaten Fight Night in June of last year after months of intense rivalry.
