Wanderlei Silva broke his silence after the confusion at Spaten Fight Night 2, on the night of last Saturday (27). The fighter, who got the worst of it in the general brawl , did not mince words to criticize the attitude of Acelino Popó Freitas ' team . Wand, who was attacked from behind during the confusion, accuses Rafael Freitas, Popó's son, of cowardice.

In a video posted to his Instagram account, Wanderlei Silva , without mentioning Popó's son's name, claims he was trying to calm things down during the altercation when he received two punches, the first from behind. The attacks were carried out by Rafael Freitas, son of Acelino "Popó" Freitas.
“ At no point did I attack anyone. I was there trying to separate them and suddenly I was punched in the back of the neck, and then I was punched again in the eye. I was cowardly attacked. As you can see, my eye is still bleeding. I have a terrible headache. I found it a very sad act ,” said Wanderlei Silva.

Wanderlei Silva , who was hospitalized with a broken nose, was discharged from the hospital this Sunday. He reassured fans about his health and thanked them for their support.
" It was nothing, nothing, almost nothing. I broke my nose and got seven stitches in my eye. Something that didn't happen during the fight. Whoever is in war is subject to anything. I want to thank all of you for your support. Thank you guys, you are awesome, " Wand concluded in another post on the social network.
