"Dude, no problem. I respect you as a fighter, but I don't like you. Sorry. You there, me here," said Jean Silva.

The tension caught the attention of security, who approached to assess the situation. Afterwards, both men covered up and claimed they were just talking. They ended the conflict without any major physical consequences.

The origin of the rivalry

The animosity between the two began in September of this year, after Jean Silva 's defeat to Diego Lopes at UFC Noche , when Imavov mocked the result on social media and asked him to 'talk less'. The provocation, coupled with Imavov's recent victory over Caio Borralho , a friend of the Brazilian fighter, intensified the rivalry.
