The journey of another Brazilian in the UFC has come to an end. Ricardo “Carcacinha” Ramos was officially released from the Ultimate last Tuesday (17) after eight years in the world's largest MMA organization, as announced by the 'UFC Roster Watch' profile on X (formerly Twitter). The featherweight (up to 65,7 kg) last competed in October of this year, when he was submitted by Kaan Ofli in the first round.

Recently, the man from São Paulo followed in the footsteps of Mairon Santos e Rudolph Vieira And he became another athlete to join the Fighting Nerds team in an attempt to return to the win column. However, he failed to show his improvement in the duel against the American and ended up defeated in just over three minutes.

The fighter's recent record was far from good. He has only one win in his last five fights. Of the four losses, only one was not a stoppage. In total, Carcacinha has had 15 fights in the organization, with eight wins and seven losses. He is 30 years old.
