Former king of the middleweight division (up to 83,9 kg) and member of the company's Hall of Fame, the Brazilian was asked about a possible super fight between champions Alex Poatan and Khamzat Chimaev and did not shy away from the topic.
Without mincing words, Anderson praised the Russian and acknowledged his quality, but bet on the victory of his compatriot who, like him, is a renowned striker. According to the veteran, a legend of MMA, few athletes are capable of facing Chimaev on equal terms and beating him in the UFC, but he believes that Poatan has what it takes to end his undefeated streak.

Khamzat Chimaev has been challenging Alex Poatan for some time now . Before becoming the UFC middleweight champion, the Russian was already provoking the light heavyweight champion (up to 93 kg). In fact, 'Borz' wants the fight so badly that he's seriously considering moving up a weight class.
