In the second fight of the night, Avious Griffin needed only one round to knock out Justin Cardona with a sequence quite similar to that used by Ilia Topuria to overthrow Charles of the Bronx No. UFC 317, in June 2025.

Just like the Spanish champion did with Charles of the BronxGriffin landed a counter straight followed by a cross, sending his opponent to the canvas in the first round.

With the victory, Avious Griffin, who entered the fight as a major underdog, reached 19 career wins, 18 of them by knockout. Justin Cardona suffered only his second defeat as a professional fighter.
