Jake Paul 's defeat to Anthony Joshua last Friday (19) caught the attention of fans and members of the media from all over the world of combat sports. While many took advantage of the situation to provoke the YouTuber , who left the ring with his jaw fractured in two places, Joe Rogan came out publicly in the latest edition of 'The Joe Rogan Experience' to warn of the dangers that the Trouble Boy may face if he wishes to remain in the noble art.

In citing the risks involved in dedicating years to combat sports, the commentator highlighted how brain damage can affect various aspects of fighters' lives, even long after retirement.

“There’s a price to pay that isn’t worth it. The price is deep depression, serious brain damage that can lead to addiction. Many people become addicted to gambling, drugs, and alcohol after their boxing careers. You can only take so much. The punch he took from Joshua was like 10 punches,” said Rogan, who has worked as the main commentator for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) for almost 30 years.
