In an interview with Ariel Helwani, Arman Tsarukyan He revealed that he is thinking about dropping down to the featherweight division one day. The 29-year-old Armenian said that he considers himself too short for the lightweight division, his current weight class; however, the idea of ​​fighting at featherweight is solely to compete for the title.

"So, I'm not too big for the (lightweight) 70,3 kg, so maybe one day I'll drop down to the (featherweight) 65,7 kg. I can do it. But only for the title," he said. Arman Tsarukyan in an interview with Ariel Helwani.

Current champion of the featherweight division, Alexander Volkanovsky will defend his belt in a rematch against Diego lopes No. UFC 325, on January 31st, in Sydney, Australia.
