Khalil Rountree has expressed interest in sharing the octagon with Jiri Prochazka for the second time in the UFC. The two faced off at UFC 320 and, although the American dominated the first two rounds, he ended up being knocked out in the third. A result that, it seems, still bothers the veteran fighter.
The possibility of a rematch gained momentum after Jiri Prochazka expressed annoyance at how his victory was described as the 'comeback of the year'. In the Czech samurai's view, the fight was under his control from the start, even with the disadvantage in the initial rounds.

The statement did not sit well with Khalil Rountree . In a post on his Instagram stories, the American questioned whether Prochazka would accept a rematch, ending the message with the hashtag 'Let's go'.

Jiri Prochazka is already preparing to return to the UFC octagon.
Despite Rountree's desire for a rematch, Jiri Prochazka may already have his next UFC fight lined up. In videos posted on social media, the former champion is seen training intensely, first running on the treadmill and then working on mitts alongside his coach. During the session, the Czech fighter executes combinations of strikes interspersed with takedown feints, demonstrating focus and intensity in his preparation.
