Known for being a specialist in finishing his opponents with heel hooks, as well as having good variation in jiu-jitsu, Valter Walker seems to be shifting his focus for this fight against Marcin Tybura at UFC Seattle on March 28th in Washington (USA). The Brazilian, who comes from a streak of four wins by submission, all via heel hook, appeared focused on striking during a training session.
In a video posted to his Instagram story, "The Foot Hunter" may not be focusing so much on his specialty against the 40-year-old Pole. Despite posing the question "Is the Penta coming?", alluding to a possible victory via heel hook, which would be his fifth consecutive win in the UFC, the Brazilian shared his focus on other areas of MMA, instead of further sharpening his ground game.

It's worth remembering that before his fight for Dana White's company at UFC Seattle , Walker will face American athlete Zion Clark, 28, in a grappling match at the 'Pit Submission Series' on February 13th in Miami (USA). The event is organized by Karate Combat.

Valter Walker's MMA numbers
At 28 years old, the Rio de Janeiro native has a record of 15 wins and one loss in his professional MMA career. The Brazilian athlete has been in the UFC since April 2024, when he debuted with a loss to Lukasz Brzeski at UFC Fight Night 240. Since then, the heavyweight (up to 120,2 kg) has won all of his fights, and, interestingly, all of them were won via heel hook, his specialty.
