On his official Instagram account, the renowned striker shared the moment he delivered the products to the local residents. Unsurprisingly, Poatan expressed his pride in the project, saying he was happy to help and even described the action as "a special day."
Moreover, this wasn't the first time the athlete had 'strengthened' these families. In the footage, Poatan is greeted with applause and shouts of 'Chama' (a Brazilian expression meaning 'Flame' or 'Flame') by the residents, who were waiting for him in a huge line. In return for the affection, the fighter personally delivers the food baskets to each person and has a brief conversation with them.
