The "Foot Hunter" is focused on training, aiming for his upcoming commitments in this first quarter.

The start of 2026 promises to be intense for Walter WalkerLooking ahead to his upcoming commitments, the Brazilian heavyweight (up to 120,2 kg) has been maintaining a rigorous training routine, aiming for two important challenges in the coming months. On February 13th, the athlete will face Zion Clark at Karate Combat in Miami (USA). Then, on March 28th, the "Foot Hunter" will face... Marcin tybura No. UFC Seattle, in Washington (USA).

In a video posted to his Instagram feed, Walker shared a glimpse of his dedication to training. Known for his playful nature on social media, the Brazilian showed that his focus is on point. The fight against Zion is in the grappling modality, at the event called 'Pit Submission Series'. And, just over a month later, the Rio native has the chance to prove to Dana White that he can deliver great fights for the company.

Currently ranked 14th in the heavyweight division, Walker isn't known as the "Foot Hunter" for nothing. In the Brazilian's last four fights for Dana White's company, all were won via heel hook.

The Rio de Janeiro native's professional MMA debut took place at the 'Studsport – St. George Cup 5' event in October 2020. Walker defeated Dmitriy Plyukhov via technical knockout (punches) in the first round. Since then, he has fought for the following organizations: FMR Fighting Championship (FFC), GOR MMA, MMA Series, Arena Global, and Titan FC.

At 28 years old, the "Foot Hunter" has accumulated 15 wins and one loss in his professional MMA career. The athlete has been in the UFC since April 2024, when he debuted with a loss to... Lukasz Brzeski at UFC Fight Night 240. However, since his debut, the heavyweight has won all of his fights, and, interestingly, all of them were won via heel hook, his specialty.
