Carlos Prates He made it clear that he's not wasting any time while waiting for his next UFC fight to be decided. The Brazilian showed part of his training routine and reinforced his message of total dedication to the moment he's experiencing in the organization.

In a recent Instagram post, the sixth-ranked welterweight (up to 77 kg) fighter shared images straight from the gym and summarized his intense routine with a direct message to his fans. “Another week of hard work! Have a good week everyone,” wrote the fighter.
