Set to face the Briton on the main card of the event that opens the billion-dollar partnership between Ultimate and Paramount+, the representative of Fighting Nerds exposed behind-the-scenes details that go against the morals of his rival, which led the European star to clarify the situation.
It all started when Jean Silva , in an interview with 'Full Send', recalled that the fight against Arnold Allen had already been agreed upon previously, but did not materialize after his rival withdrew. The Brazilian also stated that the Briton was scheduled for other fights and had backed out at the last minute, raising doubts about whether the acceptance of the current fight was a spontaneous decision or an imposition by the UFC.

“We already had a fight scheduled before, but he had to back out. Then, he was scheduled to fight Aaron Pico and backed out at the last minute. Did he agree to fight me or did the UFC force him?”, said Jean Silva.
Arnold Allen was quick to respond, explaining in a post on X that he had received both fight offers, but that at the time he was still undergoing rehabilitation, which prevented him from accepting the fights, thus denying any withdrawal.
"Both offers were made to me, but I was still in rehab, so I never turned them down, I simply couldn't accept either one," wrote Arnold Allen.
