With his victory over Paddy Pimblett in a fight valid for the interim lightweight belt (up to 70,3 kg) at UFC 324, last Saturday (24), Justin Gaethje became the subject of conversation on a podcast between two former champions of Dana White's company. During the discussion, the American was compared to a rival and considered worthy of being in the Hall of Fame.
In a conversation on the 'Pound 4 Pound' podcast, Henry Cejudo asked Kamaru Usman who has the more legendary career between Justin Gaethje and Dustin Poirier . The Nigerian preferred not to answer, making it clear that he doesn't feel comfortable commenting on the subject. Regardless of what the former welterweight champion (up to 77 kg) thinks, Cejudo didn't mince words when expressing which of the two he believes built the more legendary career.
“In my opinion, it’s Justin. I say this because of what he’s been able to do and deliver to the fans. He gives his all when he fights, you don’t watch a boring fight of his, that’s worthy of being in the Hall of Fame,” said Henry Cejudo in a conversation with Kamaru Usman on the podcast.
