Alexander Volkanovsky commented on the recent tension with Jean Silva after UFC 325, held last Saturday (31), in Sydney, Australia. The featherweight champion (up to 65,7 kg) revealed that the Brazilian seems to have taken the decision personally. Mauricio Ruffy He decided to join his camp and didn't hesitate to comment directly on the situation.
Jean had expressed dissatisfaction after Volkanovski left the Brazilian out of the champion's immediate plans. In a video published on his YouTube channel'Lord' questioned the Australian's stance. In the post-UFC 325 press conference, Alexander was asked about the Fighting Nerds athlete's reaction.
"I think he (Jean) was a little upset about this whole thing with Luffy (going to train with the Australian). I think that..." Jean Silva He took it to heart (to the personal level), he doesn't even follow Luffy anymore (on social media). I don't know why he got so upset about it,” he said.
