Nikolay Veretennikov He needed just over a minute to settle his fight at UFC Vegas 113. Facing Niko PriceThe welterweight (up to 77 kg) fighter showed aggression from the first seconds and secured a technical knockout victory in the first round, in a dominant performance.

Right at the start of the fight, Veretennikov took control of the center of the octagon and went on the offensive, connecting with an intense sequence of blows that quickly rocked his opponent. Finding no answers, Price retreated to the cage while absorbing precise attacks. With his rival visibly staggering, Nikolay increased the volume of strikes until forcing the referee to stop the fight, ending it at 1 minute and 42 seconds of the first round.

With the victory, Veretennikov reaches 14 wins and seven losses in his professional career. At 36 years old, the fighter achieves his second positive result in the UFC and sends a message to the division, showing potential to headline important duels in the category.
