Vinícius Lokdog was no match for Mario Bautista in the octagon and even saw him get a bonus after UFC Vegas 113. In the main event held this Saturday (7), the veteran impressed by finishing the Brazilian in the second round. As could not be otherwise, the American won one of the 'Performance of the Night' bonuses, taking home a check for 100 thousand dollars (approximately R$ 521 thousand, at the current exchange rate).
The UFC announced the awards shortly after the event. Before the fight, Bautista had to endure provocations from Lokdog, who promised to knock him out in the first round. Focused and experienced, the athlete was not impressed by what the Brazilian had to offer and imposed his game. A grappling specialist, the American dominated the bad boy on the ground and applied a rear-naked choke, finishing the fight easily.

In addition to Bautista, Jakub Wiklacz , also a member of the bantamweight division, had his performance recognized. The Polish fighter turned the fight around against Muin Gafurov , submitting him via guillotine choke with one second remaining in the third and final round. This was the athlete's second victory in the UFC, keeping him undefeated in the octagon.
The 'Fight of the Night' award went to Michal Oleksiejczuk vs. Marc-André Barriault . In the middleweight bout (up to 83,9 kg), the athletes delivered a fierce battle. At the end of the 15-minute fight, the Polish fighter from the 'Fighting Nerds' academy prevailed, defeating the Canadian by unanimous decision. This was Oleksiejczuk's third consecutive victory.

Dustin Jacoby and Nikolay Veretennikov didn't win the performance bonuses, but they also left the event feeling good and with their pockets full. Because they won by stoppage, the pair earned US$25 (approximately R$130). In the light heavyweight division, Jacoby, a striking specialist, punished Julius Walker and knocked him out in the second round, securing his third consecutive victory. Veretennikov impressed by knocking out Niko Price in just over a minute in the welterweight division (up to 77,1 kg). The attack was so powerful that the veteran was knocked out on his feet.
