Vinicius LokDog's conqueror reveals how the Brazilian facilitated his victory at UFC Vegas 113.

Mario Bautista believes that Vinicius LokDog 's weight cut was decisive for the outcome of UFC Vegas 113, held last Saturday (7). The American faced the Brazilian in the main fight at the event and won by submission in the second round, in a fight that, according to him, was marked by the slowness and early physical exhaustion of the opponent.

In a post-fight press conference, Bautista stated that LokDog appeared slower from the start of the fight and revealed that he had learned that the Brazilian was more than 13 kg over the bantamweight limit (up to 61,2 kg) the week of the fight, a factor that, in his assessment, directly impacted the pace and performance shown inside the octagon.

“At first, I wasn’t sure if he was joking. If he was trying to lure me into these difficult situations… It was easy to tell. The whole story of him weighing 75 kg the week of the fight… to me, that means he’s slow,” said Mario Bautista.
