Bo Nickal did not approve of the Super Bowl halftime show, held last Sunday (8). The show was headlined by Puerto Rican star Bad Bunny and marked the first time a Latino artist headlined the show alone, entirely in Spanish. Still, the performance did not please the UFC fighter, known for his relationship with President Donald Trump.
In a post on the social network X, Bo Nickal expressed dissatisfaction with the musical act and negatively rated the show, even stating that, while acknowledging that her personal taste may not be the best benchmark, she considered the halftime performance to be very bad.

Trump lashes out against Super Bowl halftime show.
While Bo Nickal merely expressed displeasure with the performance, Donald Trump was even more forceful in his criticism. In a post on the social network Truth Social, the former president of the United States described the Super Bowl halftime show as one of the worst in history, stating that the performance does not represent the values of success, creativity, and excellence that, according to him, define the country.
“The Super Bowl halftime show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst ever! It makes no sense, it’s an affront to the greatness of America and does not represent our standards of success, creativity or excellence… This 'show' is simply an 'affront' to our country, which is setting new standards and records every day… Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for the young children watching from all over the United States and around the world,” Trump said.

Although, at least for Trump and Bo Nickal , the halftime show wasn't the best, on the field the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots delivered a great spectacle. With the ball in play, the team from Washington state prevailed and won the final 29-13.

After shining at the highest level of American wrestling, Bo Nickal generated great expectations with his move to MMA. With only one professional fight on his record, the athlete was launched directly into Dana White's Contender Series in search of a UFC contract.
After winning twice on the organization's president's program, Nickal officially debuted in the UFC and racked up four consecutive victories. The winning streak was interrupted by a frustrating loss to Reinier de Ridder . Following that, the American showed clear signs of improvement by knocking out Rodolfo Vieira and now looks forward to returning to the octagon at UFC Casa Branca.
