Jake Paul is back in the spotlight for a very different reason. After getting involved in a controversy during the Super Bowl LX halftime show , the American influencer and boxer got emotional on social media while celebrating his girlfriend Jutta Leerdam's gold medal win at the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. The fighter's reaction came just a day after the negative backlash caused by his criticism of singer Bad Bunny.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Jake Paul , even before the competition, already showed confidence in the athlete's performance and made a point of expressing his support on the social network. "Today is your day, my dear. You've worked your whole life for this. We all love you and support you so much. Go out there and slay, champion!", he wrote.
