A rivalry has been growing in combat sports, and, curiously, it doesn't involve fighters but rather different disciplines. And recently, Terence Crawford made the incompatibility between boxing and MMA even more evident. All because the boxing legend caused controversy by giving his opinion on the UFC.
The world boxing champion simply downplayed the world's largest MMA organization. To defend and praise his sport, Crawford didn't hesitate to question the importance of the UFC, which has many athletes dreaming of competing in the ring.

It's worth noting that, each year, the executive reports that the company has surpassed its established goals and broken records. However, according to the boxing star, despite the brand's success, the UFC will never reach such a high level as to surpass the traditional sport.
"The UFC will never be better than boxing. The UFC is good at what it does, and we are good at what we do," the boxing legend said in an interview with YouTuber Adin Ross.

Terence Crawford, 38, is considered by many to be the best boxer of today and of all time. The American began his career in the sport in 2008 and made his mark, collecting numerous championship belts.
In this modality, the veteran competed in 42 fights and won them all, 31 by knockout. His main victories were over Canelo Álvarez, Errol Spence Jr., Israel Madrimov, and José Benavidez Jr.
