Alex Poatan may already have his next step defined within the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). After regaining the light heavyweight title (up to 93 kg) at UFC 320 by defeating Magomed Ankalaev , the Brazilian indicated that he intends to pursue an unprecedented feat in the organization: winning a third title in a different weight class, this time in the heavyweight division (up to 120,2 kg), and, by all indications, this plan may come to fruition.
In an enigmatic Instagram post, the champion used the expression '1-2-3 and go', which generated expectations among fans that he may be announced as the next challenger in the heavyweight division.
