In the main event held this Friday (13), in Miami (USA), the Brazilian faced Zion Clark, an athlete who was born without both legs due to a rare syndrome (Caudal Regression), and confirmed his favoritism. Watched by Alex Poatan and the company president, the UFC heavyweight giant (up to 120,2 kg) finished the American in the first round via rear-naked choke.
Accustomed to finishing his opponents with heel hooks, Valter faced an unusual challenge, as he couldn't go for Clark's foot. Even so, Johnny Walker 's brother , being a jiu-jitsu specialist, showed that he can also apply more traditional submissions.

After debuting with a loss in the UFC, 28-year-old Valter Walker has turned things around in the octagon. Currently, the Brazilian has four consecutive victories, all by heel hook in the first round. As a result, he has entered the heavyweight rankings, occupying the 14th spot.
