Triumphant return! Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao faces former champion in April.

After Floyd Mayweather and Mike TysonNow it's Manny Pacquiao's turn to return to boxing. The 47-year-old legend of the traditional sport will face... Ruslan Provodnikov, former world champion, on April 18th in Las Vegas (USA). The fight was officially announced in an official statement sent to the press.

The fight between Pacquiao and Provodnikov will be an exhibition bout, lasting ten rounds and valid for the welterweight division. Despite his advanced age for competition, the Filipino, a former world champion, has been fighting. The veteran fought in 2024 and 2025 and has never hidden his dream of facing Mayweather again. The 42-year-old Russian, on the other hand, last competed in 2021.

Manny Pacquiao, 47, made his mark on boxing. In his career, which began in 1995, the Filipino won numerous titles in different weight classes and organizations, and it's no wonder he's considered by many to be one of the best boxers in history.

In this style of fighting, 'PacMan' built a record of 62 wins, 39 by knockout, eight losses, and three draws. His main victories were over Juan Manuel Marquez, Oscar De La Hoya, Ricky Hatton, and Timothy Bradley.
