Michel Pereira had plenty of reasons to celebrate on the night of UFC Houston, held last Saturday (21). The Brazilian showman beat Zach Reese in the fight that opened the main card and, as a bonus, watched his training partner, Sean Strickland , knock out his tormentor, Anthony Hernandez , an outcome that, according to the athlete himself, was already expected.
In a post on his Instagram stories, Michel highlighted that he had predicted the result in previous interviews, stating that he knows both fighters well and that Hernandez's style would not be enough to overcome Strickland, whom he also called his champion.

In the opening fight of the main card, Michel Pereira delivered a three-round war against Zach Reese and won by split decision. Meanwhile, Sean Strickland gave Anthony Hernandez no chance and, after dominating his opponent for two rounds, secured a knockout in the third.
