In the 2026 season, boxing has gained another media-driven fight. After the announcement of the super fight against Mike Tyson on April 25th in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Floyd Mayweather will now share the ring with another legend. The American will face Manny Pacquiao for the second time on September 19th at the Sphere in Las Vegas (USA). The rematch was officially announced by Netflix last Monday (23).

Furthermore, the streaming giant will broadcast the grand event live, which is expected to follow the same format as past shows headlined by the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson and Canelo Álvarez vs. Terence Crawford duels.
