In a video posted to his Instagram feed, 'Lord' unleashed a high volume of strikes against his opponents. The Brazilian, who has been betting on new strategies to raise his level within the UFC and be in the best possible shape to compete for the belt, shared a bit of his intense training and also left a message.
"5 rounds of sparring. 3 different people," the Ultimate featherweight said in the post.
